Explore Our Process
Money Coaching is a powerful, step-by-step journey that helps you uncover and transform the unconscious patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that shape your financial life. Most of these patterns were formed in childhood and continue to operate beneath the surface, influencing your decisions in ways you may not even realize. Through this process, you’ll gain deep insight into your relationship with money, understand what’s been holding you back, and develop new, empowered ways to create financial clarity and confidence.
Phase 1: Your Money Story
We all have a money story. Some of us wear it like a badge of honor; others feel ashamed or avoid it altogether. But to change your financial reality, you first need to witness your story objectively. In the first two sessions, you’ll explore your earliest money memories, the beliefs you inherited, and the ways they’ve shaped your financial habits. By bringing awareness to your story, you’ll begin to shift from unconscious patterns to conscious choice.
Phase 2: The Mother/F*ther Mirror
Your parents or caregivers were your first financial role models, shaping your understanding of money long before you had any of your own. In this session, you’ll take an honest look at the messages, emotions, and behaviors you absorbed from them—both spoken and unspoken. This awareness helps you break free from inherited limitations and create a healthier, more intentional relationship with money.
Phase 3: Money Archetypes & Reframing Your Story
Just like personality types, we all have a financial “persona” that influences our decisions. Through the eight Money Archetypes—including the Innocent, Warrior, Victim, and Magician—you’ll discover which patterns you default to and how they show up in your financial life. With this insight, you’ll begin to rewrite your money story, making small but significant shifts that lead to lasting change.
Phase 4: Your Life Inventory
You are more than your financial past. In this final phase, you’ll take stock of your strengths, accomplishments, and unique talents—your true “living assets.” By recognizing and leveraging what already makes you powerful, you’ll build a financial future that aligns with who you are and what truly fulfills you.
